The straight needle sweater - knitting pattern
Watch the free video tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVp3J3puXko
This oversized cozy sweater is made using straight needles only! This does mean there is a fair bit of seaming involved, but the final look is so worth it to have a beautiful staple jumper in your wardrobe.
I would say this knitting pattern is suitable for advanced beginner knitters. You need to know how to cast on, bind off, knit stitch, purl stitch, how to seam, knit 2 together, purl 2 together, slip slip knit, slip slip purl, how to pick up stitches (optional) and how to do a stretchy bind off (tutorial links for this are included).
The sizes available are XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL which are suitable for busts 28 - 50 inches.
See below for materials required.
